Our Strategy
Apira Capital was founded in 2025 with a clear mission: to build the Austrias leading group of B2B services businesses through thoughtful acquisitions and hands-on operational stewardship.
Our strategy is focused and deliberate - we aim to acquire 1 to 2 business units per year. Each acquisition is approached with care, ensuring cultural alignment, operational stability, and long-term potential.
Post-acquisition, a dedicated Managing Director will be appointed to each business unit to lead operations, preserve company culture, and drive local performance. Meanwhile, Apira Capital, as the parent group, remains focused on identifying the next strategic acquisition and supporting the broader growth of the group.
This is not a roll-up for the sake of scale - it’s a long-term platform designed to compound trust, people, and performance.
